"The location was excellent, good parking (although pricey), and clean. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, and we had a view of a utility wall between buildings. Also the self check-in experience was awful!"

"There was a water issue and the staff advised us not to drink the water but only provided us with bottled water we were required to pay $4 for. Staff said this was because we booked on an external site.
No one ever returned my call when I called in advance to pay for the surprise $20 parking fee either."
