Very helpful staff, clean comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice tv, art and a great continental breakfast. I’d stay at a best Western everywhere if they were all like the one is St Mary’s PA.

A very nice hotel to stay. Very clean. Our room for four adults was quite big with lots of extra space and a very clean and nice washroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent. Clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Everything you need. I especially liked and appreciated the black towel for washing your face and removing makeup. I normally take my own towel so I do not damage the white hand towels with makeup stains. I have never had another hotel provide this! The breakfast was excellent. Also appreciated the tv guide which is sometimes lacking in rooms. I will always choose Best Western when possible for my stays. Thank you!

This is your basic, barebones hotel. It’s about 30 years old, so you can smell the cigarette smoke deeply entrenched in the carpet in the rooms and hallway, but everything was clean. The “fitness centre” looked like a closet with a few exercise machines in it and the outdoor pool was closed (in August). But breakfast was warm and fresh, and every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

I can't say anything about the amenities because I didn't utilize them. However, everything else was perfect. A lot of the hotels I have stayed in, in the past, have had a unclean smell as soon as you walk in the front door. Not this establishment, it smelled clean and was very well maintained. The front dest clerk had a professional appearance and was so pleasant. The room also smelled clean not of mildew. The breakfast was amazing. Waffles, eggs, pastries and breads that were individually wrapped, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and fruits. 😋 The juices were flavorful, not watered down like some hotels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
