"Our host Mary, answered all questions quickly, giving full information in a message and also had a full guide to the house and area at the property. Mary on all occasions was very welcoming. The property is superb, spacious, comfortable, homely, with everything that we needed and more. We highly recommend this lovely house. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We have given this property and its amenities 5 stars.On the last page of the feedback form there is a question that does not apply to this property ‘how do you rate the National Park Experience ‘ there was not a National Park. We were unable to submit the feedback form without scoring the question. We have therefore given the question a 5 score , as if we gave a low score ( as it did not apply) it might affect the score of 5 for the property. "

"These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions nearby. "

"Fantastic stay at The Ship Inn, staff were very friendly and welcoming, great knowledge of surrounding area, Tasty excellent quality food and could not fault the room. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area "

"Heron Cottage felt like a home, not a holiday let. It’s perfectly positioned, wonderfully stocked, and Naomi’s communication is friendly and helpful. I went to Hythe not knowing what to expect, and left with sadness having made friends. I highly recommend the house and the town. "

"Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! "
