"Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the shower was amazimg, even tje food was fantastic the only down fall i had but nothing serious was the heating not working in the room, i had put the thermostat on 28 but no heat was coming out and i was quite cold. But didnt complain cos i was only there for 1 evening and didnt feel the need to complain. "

"the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. "The room was very clean and very quaint, but also very quiet. Room five has a lovely bathroom the only thing that very slightly let it down was the shower control isn't thermostatic so slight pressure variances from other rooms do cause the odd cold shock moment. Food is good and there's an interesting choice of beers."

"Room was lovely and very spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, gym and pool area were top notch, very scenic area, felt very relaxing and quiet, we had a lovely stay and would come again. Only slight issue was the bed was advertised as a king but it was two singles which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle, but we were very happy with our stay"
