Severely lacking in customer service. Most of the employees give attitude when answering questions. Also, maneuvering around the property was difficult. The resort is NOT located in a walkable area either so if you’re someone that likes to explore on foot, I suggest staying

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
The hotel is nothing like the photographs posted by the hotel. It was severely damaged in hurricane Irma and has not been remodeled adequately.
