This private community offers a shared pool just outside your door step, beach access, outdoor shower, and charcoal grilling area. Our Charleston style, three story home overlooks the gulf beaches, while the surrounding brick privacy wall offers a secluded small community feel. Within steps of the SGI Light House and Blue Parrot Dining Restaurant you are in the center of all the action St. George Island has to offer.

With beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, the first floor offers an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with coastal d�cor and wonderful Gulf views. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats up to 8 and the living room with queen sleeper sofa enjoys a large flat screen TV and direct access to the covered deck with 2 patio tables, six chairs, and a breath taking view of the beach and gulf over the pool. This level also offers a half bath for your convenience.

The second floor south king bedroom with a full private bathroom has a flat screen TV and direct access to another private, covered deck that is perfect for morning coffee while enjoying another spectacular beach view. The north double bedroom with a full private bathroom also has a flat screen TV. A convenient laundry room with washer/dryer is located on this floor.

The third floor offers a wonderfully private king bedroom with a full private bathroom and flat screen TV. This retreat is perched high above the sand and has windows on all four sides.
