"Given the very affordable price, we were surprised by the excellent condition of the property, newly remodeled updated, clean, with the coffee maker, and all the little soaps, plastic cups etc. The price probably reflects that there is no pool, and no included breakfast, but if you know ahead, you can bring your own food. The unit we stayed in had a tall 24" wide genuine fridge with separate spacious fridge and freezer. It had a two burner glass top stove, a sink and lots of cabinet space. You would need to provide your own dishes/pots. Check-in is not face to face, but has pretty good instructions about how to access keys for your unit. If you aren't smart enough to figure it out, you call, and a live person immediately appears to help you. Very fine place to stay if you are just passing through, don't want to spend a lot of money, and still want a comfortable, clean place. It was recommended to us by a friend."
