"We had a great stay at the elms and the property is stunning and in a great location. The only negative point we found was that the general cleaning of the property could have been better. This didn’t spoil our holiday though and I would return again."

"Lacks some kitchen equipment. Frying pans. Lemon squeezer tea strainer. BBQ tongs. Lacks a garden table to eat from. Only coffee tables. Found the garden umbrella in the garage on the last day. Would have been useful to know this earlier. The mattresses on the twin beds in the loft need upgrading. They are very uncomfortable. All 3 bathrooms need toilet roll holders. Odd not to have them?. No where outside to dry costumes & towels without taking the airier out _ & then there is no room to sit....
