"This was our second day at the hotel. It was a delight to meet with staff members who remembers us from last year. Everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is one of calm and professional bar staff and restaurant staff providing good quality service. Our room was well maintained and it’s obvious that the Hotel is undergoing some amazing refurbishment but this does not impact on standards. We look forward to coming back later in the year."

"Everything was excellent! All of the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. We used the bar, restaurant, reception, and spa. We stayed in two rooms both were very nice rooms and very clean and comfortable. The bar was very cosy with a fabulous log fire and the service was excellent. The food was very good in the bar and the restaurant. The pool and facilities were very clean and warm. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend and return. "
