"Didn’t like the location on top of a significant hill. We are an elderly couple and getting downtown was not easy and getting back was extremely difficult without transport. Maybe the hotel should consider some sort of transportation being made available to those who may need it to get down to the town for an evening meal, for example"

"Good room. Had a seaside view room. Room was a bit dated but still lovely. Good bathroom. Pillows were too soft for my personal preference. Staff was amazing. Had a good chuckle with a waitress who was there in the evening, and then the morning. Food was delicious. Very tasty. Cocktails and drinks were delicious. Spa was great, very relaxing massage."

"Our holiday with my daughter as she celebrated her 18th birthday was brilliant, however I have a few disappointed during our staying in caravan, the caravan was nice, a wide area good atmosphere an so-rounding, the concern is the toilet there is no caddy soap, no rug on the floor, no WiFi. No free towels. But a part from that I love Cornwall, I will coming back again on the summer time next year."

"This was our 7th visit to Penventon Hotel. As always we had a very warm welcome from all the Staff. They all go above and beyond to make our stay fantastic from the Manager Alex to Reece Amyanf Josh in the restaurant . Wes and Rob in the Bar. The breakfast ladies to Danni in the spa and all the other ladies in the spa. It always feels like home from home. Truly exceptional and outstanding Staff and expiernce Kam & Jac"
