"Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. 10/10 Excellent

"Although my husband needed to cover the window for real darkness in the room and the door between the 2 rooms not well isolated( we could hear pretty much everything from the convi to the snoring the guy next room was snoring very loudly) the room was beautiful and the view on the pool was nice. It was a cold weekend (even for us, canadians) so we didn't get the chance to try their heated pool. Our room was cleaned everyday, bed done, towels changed(usefull with the type of room we got), new water bottles and coffee. The staff were all nice. The valet guys were all gents. Truly a beautiful hotel well runned! "
