"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "Very calm and quiet place, with eco built houses on trees, nice outdoor, comfortable parking zone, great restoraunt that is also a co-working place and even shop inside! Stuff is very welcome, definitely recomend this place for solo tourists! "
