This specific room was on a side building, and did not have a view of the beach, and did not have a back balcony to sit on. Your view is of the parking lot of the public beach access next door. The room is tight, but the kitchenette came really well furnished with an electric eye and pans for cooking, a crock pot, and toaster oven. The pull out sofa was my only big complaint. It desperately needs updating. Some of the springs are broken and there were some pretty ugly stains on the mattress. But none the less this is a great budget stay. We were closer to the beach than we would have been at similarly priced hotels. We loved the door code access, and weren't bothered by anyone. I think we would definitely stay here again.

Room was fairly clean. Floors were a bit sticky and there were hairs in the shower. Kitchenette was fully equipped but the hot plate needs l replacing because it only worked on high. The room was spacious but needs some work and repairs. Rust on bathroom light fixture. Hole in the drywall by windows. The pillows were flat. The view from the windows was ok. Even with all this being said we had a great time. The property was clean and well maintained.
