The home has a king-sized Sleep Number bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen-sized and king-sized bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. A queen size and twin size double thick air mattress with built-in pump are available upon request to accommodate additional guests. The living room and all the bedrooms have televisions with access to hundreds of cable channels. The home has premium high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. The home features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sizeable privacy-fenced backyard with a covered patio.

This home is a three-minute walk to a pristine white sand beach between Crescent Beach to the south and the Saint Augustine Pier to the north. The St. Augustine Historic District is just a few miles away. There is easy access to local shops and restaurants. Take some time to see the attractions like the Saint Augustine Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, the Castillo de San Marcos, Marine Land, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, or enjoy a concert or the Farmer’s Market at the Saint Augustine Amphitheater.

There are plenty of recreation opportunities, with world-class golf, fishing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, parasailing, biking, boating, bowling, and miniature golf nearby. Day trips can be made to all the central Florida attractions, such as Orlando, Daytona, and Tampa.
