  • Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
    2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
    Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
    The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
    2 KING beds
    The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

    Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
    The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

    The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
    We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

    So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

We loved this property! It was very clean and fully stocked with paper products, dishes, and glasses. Beautiful pool area too! It's so convenient to everything. Great rental in a very quiet location, easy to get to and so close to many major streets in the area. The unit was clean and tidy, beds are comfortable. The highlight was the pool and pool area. If we return to the area, we would definitely rent again!
