Parties, meetings, large gathering, or loud noise ARE NOT permitted, We ask that our guests keep our home clean and organized. Max of 12 guest
Only the amount of guest that have been confirmed can stay the night. NO Smoking Inside the house.
We are pet friendly, however no pets over 30 lbs. please. Guest MUST notify the owner of any pets a deposit of $75 per pet ( 2 pets) will be required
