"too crowded and need more help there and people at desk needs to supply with all information at the time of check in no one is there to help you with your luggage to take to room and always have excuses for everthing so my first time at RIU and not that great of an experience. "5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had to zelle them before we check in"

Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier.
