"Stacy was an awesome host. Her checkin instructions were simple and clear which made the process seamless. Also, when I needed a last minute extension at checkout she was responsive and accommodating.Now about this home….its stunning. From the kitchen to the bed linens, everything was designed for a functional aesthetic. It is lovingly decorated and well appointed to consider every accommodation. Between the symphony of the cicadas and the intermittent rainfall during my visit, I was able to relax and focus on my work, and my sleep was better then I’ve had in months.10/10, would stay again."

"I noted that there only one tv in the Master bedroom and nowhere else in the apartment that I stayed in. There is also no iron or ironing board. We brought an extra tv with us as we had prior notice about this. As far as the iron and ironing board, I’d anyone renting this space to bring one with you unless the host decides to add one at some point but check before you arrive to make sure that the amenities you desire are in place."

"We stayed here for an event downtown. Check-in was very easy and the host communicated well. This house was in a good location for downtown events, about a mile. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, like spotless. Whoever is cleaning this place deserves 5 stars. The backyard was nice because we had dogs. Also it was great this property allowed 3 dogs as we always have difficulty traveling with 3 dogs. The main negative though was the smell in the house. Obviously this is a flip and it is one of the better flips I have seen but there is a lingering smell. There are air purifiers in most rooms but they don't really seem to be helping. There are parts of the floor that are uneven when walking and soft. Also the host did not disclose the security camera in the backyard. I understand wanting to have a camera but they should be disclosed. The backyard was where we wanted to spend time and it felt weird that there was a camera watching us."
