"Stayed on the top 4th floor and was very noisy - headboards were vibrating from the roof top mechanical fans for the air conditioners.
help desk told me the next morning that they have that problem a lot and have to move people to other rooms. I told them that they should have offered that the night before so that we could have slept better . Beautiful new place and very clean. Just need to get some sound proofing on the 4th floor -"
"I truly liked how the staff received the guests with their warm, cheerful smiles and willingness to help. Great staff working there. I felt right at home."
