"Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"This an excellent place!"

"The location was perfect- steps away from everything, Times Square and Mc Donald’s and Chick-fil-A and Walgreens, restaurants, bars and pizza and a little park in front to relax. You can see the Chrysler building from the room. Very safe. It was a bit dusty from the dryer venting in the unit. It did get hot from the dryer. It was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. I was shocked by such a gem of a find! I will try to hunt down this place again for my next stay!"

"Clean room, shops nearby, excellent location right in the middle of Times Square"

"Great location to get places. A little sketchy sometimes at night. Room is decent size for nyc. We had 6 people. There was 3 beds. Blankets and pillows were comfortable. Nice to have a full fridge also. Could have been cleaner. There’s mould in the shower and we spilled water on the floor and wiped it when a towel and it was so dirty so floors could have been washed better. We ran out of toilet paper and seemed to not be able to get anymore sent to the room. The elevators are really slow."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."

"Really nice place we liked it a lot but no heater system"

"Chelsea's apartment was perfect for our stay and surprisingly spacious. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We visited New York City over the Fourth of July during the hottest weather of the season, and the apartment remained comfortable throughout our stay. The two window A/C units kept the space cool, especially at night, making it easy to sleep. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the High Line, Chelsea Market, and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore...

"Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. "
