"Asked for adjoining rooms upon check in and wound up being one room apart. While checking into rooms, the room in between was being vacated. The occupant was clearing out the room and yelling at staff across the parking lot. Had I not been with a man, I would have been nervous. The police were called. The occupant was gone within a half an hour. Staff entered and cleaned the room. It was a convenient location for our overnight stay."

"I picked this place cause I saw the pic online I figured for one night it’s okay and close to stadium, but not at all for me , I changed my room two times first room sheets holes in it second room toilet don’t flush ceiling in bathroom leaking, Never ever again this is a terrible place to stay and the pictures of room are false advertisement Expedia should take this off of site, only good thing was the area."

"Great location for a stay when you plan to go out and do things. This is not a stay in your room type hotel unless it’s for sleeping or showering. My only critical feedback is I believe this may be a green building, and the AC was not sufficient for DC temperatures. We were able to make it work, but if you need it cool for sleep this may not be the place. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and personable, and it worked for our short 1 night stay."

"Excellent location Clean/comfortable Easy check in/out Friendly Staff Purified water stations with disposable water bottles throughout. Only concern some people may have, which was certainly no concern to me, if you are a light steeper and late to rise, outside noise of the city and police activity due to close proximity of the White House may affect you. Highly recommend and will stay again!"
