"The reservation was wrong to start, when we checked in they only had 1 king rm for me, I'd reseved 2. They added another rm. We checked out with front desk,turned in keys before 11am on 12/26. Then they charged me 2 nights,we only stayed 1 night. Very disappointed!"

"The staff were wonderful and obliging. The property is old and not well kept. The AC kept the room cool in spite of high summer temperatures outside but did not humidify, making the room feel damp and cold. That said, we were grateful among others to find a room during NCAA Men’s College World Series."
