Townhome 3 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Very close to the Zion entrance, and easily walkable to many stores, cafes and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, including with some coffee which we greatly appreciated!

Great for visiting Zion

This condo was absolutely perfect for seeing Zion. You can leave your car in the parking spot and catch the shuttle directly into the visitor center where you can then pick up the Park shuttle to see Zion. Clean and comfortable!

Great stay at Zion

Amazing Zion stay! The Vrbo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the park, close to restaurants and the bus stop. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Little extras like comfortable beds,well stocked cupboards, shampoo, soap, etc. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay while visiting Zion

The house was comfortable and clean. We had a couple of days of very cold and rainy weather and this was a great place to wait it out. Much better than a hotel room. The location was perfect.

Fantastic Zion Stay

Amazing stay in beautiful townhome. Perfect location very close to Zion National Park. Super clean and many extras provided (towels, blankets, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.) Grocery store across the street. Walkable to many restaurants. Would happily recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay in Springdale

This townhouse is perfect for your Zion stay. It’s located right next to Shuttle Stop 5, a grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops, and very close to a bike rental shop—pretty much everything you need! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked so well! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay on their Zion visit!

Clean great location

Nice clean well supplied townhome. Close to bus stop for Zion entrance and food and gift shops and market. We parked our car and didn’t use it again until we left Springdale.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was exactly as represented . It was neat, clean and everything looked new. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops and catch the Zion shuttle. Our communication with the owner was excellent.

We had an awesome trip. Location in Springdale is excellent. Next to the grocery store and Meme’s restaurant. Home was very clean and had a great patio area and balcony with a view of the mountains. Very close to the park. Shuttle stop to Zion close to the home. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Centrally located Gem!

Super welcoming and clean rental, close to everything! 3 bathrooms a plus and kitchen has the necessities including a frig with ice maker (clutch). Walkable to restaurants, groceries, shuttle stops! Great views from the outdoor seating areas/balcony to get you excited for your Zion adventures to come! Would definitely stay again. :)

Great location

The location is perfect. You can get on stop 5 to get into the park, and walk to tons of delicious restaurants. It is also directly across a grocery store- amazing. We rented e bikes one day and rode into the park which was so fun. The location makes the property amazing..,I loved that there was a balcony as well. Could do with a fresh coat of paint, but that is being nit picky. We had a great time…the parks were insane though!!!
