Very nice property with everything you need right there. We had a great time and enjoyed being just a short walk from the park entrance. Beautiful view of the surrounding canyon wall to wake up to in the morning!

Anniversary Trip
We love staying in Springdale. We go every year on our anniversary. We chose to stay at this location due to watching this place be built from the ground up. The owner Trevor is a kind man and his daughters help run the businesses below. It’s an amazing atmosphere and location. We will come back many more times.

Clean and nicely appointed studio nestled in the canyon. Can't be sitting on the private deck with an unobstructed view of the Watchman. Everything you need is there - coffee, food, deserts, bike rental... The entrance to the park is walking distance. Highly recommended!

Incredible stay and the hosts were very responsive when in need. The biggest issue was the communication between Expedia and the property hosts. We were 3 hours from check in an no Check In instructions were sent and they would have unless I tried to contact host directly. If you can book through a more reliable source than Expedia, I’d recommend .

Location!
Best part is the location! Parking is a premium in Zion. This place has a reserved parking spot so all you have to do is grab a coffee at the next door and walk to the park. It’s only a 1/2 mile walk which was easier for us than taking the Springdale shuttle. Once at the visitor center you can take the NP shuttle to where you want to go. Another option is to rent an e-bike from the spot behind the VRBO and then go into the park that way. If we could do it again, we’d go the e-bike route. Place was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on porch in the evening after a long day of hiking and watching the sun go down on the cliffs. Highly recommend!
