The property is excellent. Very clean, everything works well. A lot of room. Very comfortable. Communication with the owner could be better. He has more than one property, so, when you talk to him, be clear about what property you want to rent.

Nice little motel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The motel was quiet. It's in a convenient location next to a grocery store and gas station. The food for breakfast could have been better but it was okay given that it was complementary.

We visited Mystery Cave first and then Niagara Cave the next day. We recommend doing it in that order to get a good educational experience and then increase the wow factor. Loved Four Daughters Winery and El Mariachi restaurant in Austin.
