"The front desk staff was the friendliest staff I have ever had in Minneapolis! She had a smile on her face the whole time, was bubbly, informative and helpful. The property was clean, breakfast was good and staff were good at refilling the buffet and keeping things clean in the breakfast area. Would definitely choose here again!"

"I think staff does their tries but the crowed this location attracts is questionable. I would not recommend leaving any valuable items in your car. The entrance smelled like urine. It made me question the cleanliness of this hotel."

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

"Rooms were very nice with lots of room and amenities. Currently the registration desk is being remodeled, but the temporary desk handled visitors promptly. The one disappointment was the pool which was uncomfortably hot (both the water and the room) ... it felt more like a hot tub (which we didn't use). Maybe they purposely do it so that visitors won't use it and spend more time in the casino??"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

"The Hotel location very convenient for many things in the area. The Valet service for parking was a nice option but trying to locate the valet was a challenge. Check in was done online, but still took over 10 minutes to get my card activated. We checked in late in evening and had to run to theatre right away so it wasn't until late after the show that we got back to our room. At which time it was after midnight to find a Black Bra stuffed into the seat of the chair in the room. If it hadn't been so late we would have asked for a new room. My wife accidently left her purse in our friends room, we called the front desk to inform them that they would be bringing it down to the front desk. We were told we needed to fill out the LOST & FOUND form online which we did immediately and informed our friends. When they brought the purse to the front desk the person there knew nothing about our call earlier and they were telling us that we need to fill out the form. Once we talked with the front desk and explained that we had already done that they said they would place the purse in the safe until Cleaning Mgr came in on Monday to then process to sent back. I am still waiting to hear back from the Hotel that the purse has been shipped."

"The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location."

"I’m a funny eater and wasn’t hungry, so I didn’t even take a look at the breakfast. Yet I can say that it was a Clean and Comfortable Stay!😊 They even have Dove products for hair and body wash!"

"Had no issues with cleanliness. Staff seamed super helpful when needed. Room was perfect for our group of 5."

"The snacks are very expensive. There is no complimentary water. It ranges from 4 to 6 dollars a bottle. That's ridiculous amount to pay for a bottle of water."
