Spring Lake Vacations

"Motel was easy access and someone was available to tell of major concerns. However, the problems were abundant No running water in the bathroom faucet Carpets were filthy. Amenities were empty Moved to another room. Same problems. No faucet water and dirty carpet No towels one day and room was not cleaned Coffee available for 2 days, then the pot disappeared Bathrooms in Lobby out of order. This Holiday Inn was terrible!!"

"Loved the pool and hot tub as well as the guest washer and dryer. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Only complaints- weird smell throughout the hotel and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for 3 guests in room. No body wash- just tiny bar soaps."

"The room was tired and not very clean. The bathroom had hair in the tub and grunge along the caulk as did the floor. The sink top and walls of the tub were an unfortunate choice of material that had red streaks on a beige surface reminding one of smeared blood. Altogether it felt like if the room was fully exposed to sunlight it would burst into flames."

"TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."

"This hotel is nice and quiet. Rooms are very nice and clean."
