The Space:

The home sits directly on a deep-water canal with private dock

access and an open deck for sunsets, fishing, and morning coffee

over the water. Inside, the layout is built for groups — open

kitchen, dining, and living area so the cook isn't separated from

everyone else.

- Primary bedroom: King bed

- Second bedroom: Queen bed

- Third bedroom: Queen bed

- Extras available: queen air mattress and folding cot for

additional guests

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, dock, hot tub,

outdoor kitchen, and all watercraft. No shared spaces, no on-site

hosts. The smart lock generates a unique code for your stay, sent

to you the day before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Hernando Beach is a quiet canal community on Florida's Nature

Coast, about an hour north of Tampa. The neighborhood is mostly

full-time residents and seasonal visitors — calm streets, easy

walking, and a slower pace than the busier Gulf beaches further

south.



Within 5-10 minutes:

- Hernando Beach Marina and boat ramp

- Local seafood restaurants and bait shops

- Publix and CVS



Within 20 minutes:

- Weeki Wachee Springs State Park

- Pine Island Beach

- Bayport Park (fishing pier and boat ramp)



Within an hour:

- Tampa International Airport

- Tarpon Springs sponge docks

- Crystal River (manatee swims)



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended. Hernando Beach is a residential

canal community without ride-share coverage or public transit, and

local restaurants and shops are spread out. Most guests drive in

from Tampa (about 1 hour) or Orlando (about 2 hours).



The driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles. If you're arriving by

boat, the dock has indirect Gulf access — message us in advance for

draft and clearance details, and information about the lift.



Other Things to Note:

- A toddler crib and extra mattress are available on request at

no charge — just message before arrival

- The home is on a working canal; expect occasional boat traffic

during daylight hours

- The deck is open-air; bring sunscreen and bug spray for evening

use

- Florida sun is strong year-round and not provided

- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM per local ordinance

- For any questions before or during your stay, message us through

Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime during your stay and respond

within an hour during normal hours. Check-in is fully self-service

via smart lock, so you're not waiting on anyone to arrive.

message us and we'll handle it. We aim to be present without being

intrusive.
