"This Ramada was very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub are well kept. The breakfast area was pristine and well attended with fresh fruit and other good things. High marks and the best value for the price in many years!"

"Friendly welcoming staff, super clean, well lit rooms and hallways. I didn’t use pool, exercise equipment, or laundry but all looked well cared for and welcoming. Breakfast was exception, with real food - eg, individual spinach and cheese frittata; oatmeal with wide variety of toppings including blueberry compote, as well all the other usual breakfast foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"When I went to the front desk this morning at 4:30 AM to catch my shuttle that I had reserved, I was informed that the shuttle driver had called in sick and there was no ride to the airport for me. When I asked what my alternatives were, the front desk clerk said I might have a guy, I can call him and see if he’s awake, but you’ll have to pay for it. I said if I’m paying, I’ll just call an Uber. I asked if the hotel would reimburse me she said no. She was not apologetic, or helpful and actually fairly rude considering my situation, left without a ride and no advance notice. Don’t trust the Airport Shuttle advertisement at this hotel. Stay somewhere more reputable."

"Manager Eileen REFUSED TO CORRECT SAFETY THREATS - in-room smoking and attempted forced entry into my room by strangers. Manager Eileen chose to protect in-room smokers and these strangers to make it easy on herself. She forced me to leave early because I requested that the Woodspring Suites deliver SAFETY, the essential service for travelers, in addition to stopping in-room smoking - an advertised amenity. "
