"I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around...

"The parking was easily accessible. The room was clean but flies were present there and the check-in clerk had to have a fly swatter to try and rid the lobby of them. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful."
