The rooms, the sheets, the shower, all dirty. If it were not 2am and I was not traveling by myself, I would have left. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed! "

We booked this property last minute after leaving a previous booking because that property was awful (Hampton Inn) we lost two days of paid reservation there but we did care even after paying extra for what we thought covered incidental. Everything was amazing at Drury and we will be staying there EVERY time we go back to San Antonio."

"I left the property after staying only a few hours. I arrived late due to an accident and the staff was nonchalant and we couldn’t understand anything she said. The property was dated with mildew smell when we entered the room. Sink was stopped up, shower was broken and carpet has an awful odor. No micro refrigerator. We left knowing that we had paid for an additional two days and didn’t care that we would lose the money. We were there to vacation and wanted a NICE place to stay and that definitely was not it. Manager stated that because I booked through third party and had paid for what I thought was incidental that I wouldn’t get my money back and it wasn’t her problem."
