"Was told that there was no ice because they were cleaning the machine and that it would take an hour. The ice machine was still not accessible when I checked out at 11am the next day. We were also in the worst heatwave PA has seen in decades. The carpets are disgusting and ruined a couple pairs of socks because they turned completely black."

We had reserved a King Suite, but were told that the hotel had mistakenly given our room to another guest.
