Spotless in Spokane

Located in the charming and historic Rockwood neighborhood on Spokane's beautiful South Hill, this is meticulously maintained two bedroom basement apartment will have you in a state of relaxation and peace. The patio features a gas grill, hot tub, and even has a cooling mister fan on hot summer days. The driveway is all yours and the zen backyard is gated and private.

Kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge/freezer, airfryer/toaster, two-burner hot plate, microwave, sink, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker, electric tea kettle. Also provided are coffee, cream, teas, sugar, stevia, honey, and fridge has butter, jams and jellies. Of course, dishes, cookware, utensils, 5 essential spices and spray oil etc., are all provided. The unit does not yet have a full stove.

Four-piece bathroom is stocked with hand-wash, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, facial wash, lotion, feminine hygiene products, q-tips, and plenty of towels.

The location is as good as it gets for travelers. Gorgeous Manito Park is just one mile. one mile in the other direction is Spokane's historic downtown and Riverfront Park. Close proximity to three hospitals (especially Sacred Heart Hospital) makes this apartment especiallyconvenient while visiting loved ones who might be getting medical care or working temp jobs in the medical field. This is a wonderful place to rest after a difficult shift at work or a stressful situation with a sick loved-one.

No matter the reason for your visit, every effort is made to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Wonderful place to stay. I will try to stay here whenever I come to Spokane. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt welcome and at home. Clarification on 5 stars for family. It is perfect for a couple and a small child.

Wonderful stay for a second time. Comfortable and cozy space in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. It’s obvious Lisa really cares for the comfort of her guests. Thoughtful touches such as great coffee provided to enjoy in the morning, cold water in the fridge and freshly baked muffins waiting when we checked in. Loved it!

This basement retreat was perfect for my sister and I. We were in the area for an event and this location put us in the center of all our planned activities. It was very nice to come back at the end of the hot day to the coolness of the apartment and/or sit in the shady restful back yard. We appreciated the thoughtfulness in the little extras provided by our hostess. We are already talking about coming back in the Spring!

Spotless in Spokane truly lived up to its name! The apartment was clean, cozy, and better stocked than any VRBO we've stayed in before. Another Great Stay!

This is our “go to” spot in Spokane. It is close to everything we need, yet feels private and secluded. From the lovely, shaded backyard setting (with hot tub!) to the sweet apartment inside, this host really pays attention to details. Always a very comfortable stay for us!

Everything went well with a couple of exceptions. We did not receive our entry codes the morning of our check in. We had to contact the owner at 6pm that day and found out they forgot to sent the entry codes. Also, just a heads up; given the owner lives on the floor above you, expect to hear them walking around and talking.

It was even better than described. The host thought of everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. The coffee, tea and muffins were extra special.

Absolutely perfect!

We needed a comfortable spot to meet up with family who we hadn’t seen in a while. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host has given a lot of thought and attention to the details that make you feel like you’re at home, rather than at a hotel. Homemade muffins await you. Full kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, milk, butter for your use. It’s truly spotless, spacious, and comfy. Private backyard that feels like a zen garden. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was available. We did use the full-size washer/dryer to take care of things from the vacation that preceded the family visit. Strongly recommend

Hostess with the mostest!

Spotless in Spokane did not disappoint! This place is the most clean VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The bedrooms were cozy, the bathroom sparkling, a fully stocked laundry room, and the cutest kitchen with darling dish sets. The smallest details made this place a truly above and beyond experience. First, we were greeted to a beautiful backyard with lovely flowers blooming. Then there were fresh banana muffins on the table that were so yummy! The coffee and tea bar were exceptional! Fresh grounds and lovely tea selection abound; plus fresh creamer in the fridge! There was also a large vat of filtered water. It was truly a surprise and much appreciated; a true hostess! I wish all VRBOs provided this level of hospitality!

From start to finish this home away from home was delightful! Fresh muffins when we arrived and a wonderful sanctuary back yard with a hot tub couldn’t have made our stay better. The decor was lovely. Everything and more than you need. Can’t wait to return.

Awesome host!!

This was the best host ever!! She was so friendly and helpful! She made us the best gluten free banana muffins I have ever had!! The place was spotless and beautiful! I would for sure stay there again! The only drawback of this place is you can hear people walking upstairs which can be a bit annoying but I just turned the tv on and had no issues with it anymore.

Great location

I stayed for a volleyball tournament that was at the convention center. It was easy getting there and back. There are some really great restaurants right up the hill, too. The property was so cute and quiet. It had everything I needed for 4 nights. I have not a single negative thing to say. I had a question about the tv and Lisa got back to me right away. She checked in the morning of. The bed was very comfortable. Cooking was easy. I would stay here again.

Secret refuge

Wonderful property, great accommodations, and easy communication with the host. I was in town for some tough emotional business at the hospital. The unit was cozy and homey, and the hot tub and garden helped soothe away the stress at the end of the day. Short walk to the hospital as well. Highly recommended!

Amazing

Lisa the owner is the sweetest person. We had some severe car proplems just before our trip and had to cancel. However, were where able to rent a truck to go. We were one day late but Lisa kept our booking and even offered an extra day at no charge for the day we lost. The apartment was more than we could have wished for even better than in the description. The most comfortable bed ever. We plan to see our family in washington often we will be sure to stay a Spotless in Seattle. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed .

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay at Spotless in Spokane. This space was above and beyond what was advertised and exceeded our expectations. From the impeccable cleanliness of all rooms, to the fenced in backyard with a hot tub, we were impressed from start to finish of our stay. Lisa make sure guests have what they need with the basics like name brand toiletries, extra condiments/coffee/tea options and even fresh baked muffins when we arrived. We will definitely stay again.

Cozy stay!

In town for college move in with my son and husband. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to come home here after some really long days. It was clean, cozy and private with the cutest backyard to sit and relax. Lisa was awesome with communication and had delicious fresh baked muffins for us upon arrival. Great place and great host! Look forward to staying here again when in town. Loved it!
