"Over all, pleasant stay. The balcony and balcony chairs need regular cleaning. Room and bathroom were fine. No coffee downstairs. Cheese and crackers, chips or candy available for sale at the desk or a vending machine would be nice."

"Stopped for a night at the Inn on the way back east after a day traveling around the Berkshires. The room was good size, everything was clean, AC worked well, shower had good pressure. Bed was a little soft-may be time to switch out the mattress. Breakfast not served during the week apparently but there is a coffee maker in the room. Easy on and off Rt 91 and not far from Rt 2. Nice restaurant a few miles away for dinner The Farm Table."

Lake-View Spofford Apartment w/ Shared Dock!

"The apartment is lovely, all the amenities are there...great cutlery, granite countertops, smart TV. The bed in the bedroom was comfy. The sleeper couch...not so much. If you have kids over 12, don't expect them to be able to sleep well on that couch. When we arrived, we were supposed to be able to get in using a lock box. The property manager sent me an email about a month before my trip with the check-in information--they sent the wrong code for the lock box and the wrong number of the person I was supposed to reach out if I couldn't get in (luckily the phone number was for a former employee who was still able to help me). The lake access was not awesome but we went to the public beach, which is very nearby, and that was fine. Also, there are tons of birds there so anyone who is a birder would like the screened in porch. I saw wrens, catbirds, a chipping sparrow, a yellow throat, red-winged blackbird, hermit thrush, red-eyed vireo, cowbird and blue headed-vireo, just to name a few!"
