This is an apartment and the owners do not live onsite. I notified them when I would be arriving and they were waiting for me - with a welcoming cocktail! They gave me the key to the front door and my room - and I never saw them again. Never saw any of the other guests either. It was like having a home to myself.
Due to Covid, they don't have a breakfast at the reception area, but make sure there is a bag breakfast in your refrigerator each day! Room was spotless, all the amenities I needed - couldn't be better.
If you are looking for a place with a hotel reception area to ask numerous questions, sharing space with tens or hundreds of other annoying or loud guests and need a hotel with a gym and massage parlor - this is not for you. IF you want a clean, safe stay where no one bothers you but have all the basic amenities for a VERY comfortable stay - book this place when you are in Split!
