"Definitely needs refurbishing. Old fashioned keys, no room safe, window security very poor and an en-suite had basin that moved as you touched it. Balcony felt dirty and had another room’s outside light shining all night into my room. Some of the electric lights in my room did not work. The swimming pool was good with an amazing view (but seating area around it had little shade) even if noisey from traffic. Pool bar open until 7pm, but bar downstairs then not open. "The hotel is a cute, charming boutique hotel. We stayed in the Garden suite and Bellevue suite and both suites were very spacious. The rooms were updated so they felt more like the rooms in an American name brand hotel. The service we received from the front desk depended on who worked the front desk. We really appreciated the service provided by Vincenzo. He was a joy to talk to and was extremely helpful. The beaches in Taoramina are all rocky so be sure to have some water shoes if you want...
