"We booked this property at the last minute as our original choice in Tropea was WELL below standard. Gianfranco was very quick to respond and accommodate our suddent change in plans. He readied the house in a few hours for an early check in and even met us in the town piazza to guide us directly to the house. He was an excellent, responsive host. "I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"

"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling in the area."

È un po' scomodo avere il bagno fuori dalla camera e le scale della casa sono strette. L'edificio e le camere sono state ristrutturate da poco. La camera è un po' piccola ma ha un balconcino privato che è comodo."
