Haus Jägerfleck is situated on a large property in a quiet, idyllic location directly in the national park. Live in harmony with nature. There is a large forest playground in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail and starting point for hikes is right next to the property. The holiday flats are very different and offer something special for every taste. But what they all have in common is cleanliness, modern and high-quality furnishings, where you will feel at home. In the entire living area, we have chosen the furnishings not only for their beauty, but above all for their health and biological aspects. Daylight bathrooms, wooden floors, tasteful wooden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher for your comfort. Use our party house with wood-burning stove for cosy evenings for up to 15 people.
Predigtstuhl is a small romantic holiday flat for two on the top floor. This is also our cheapest flat with central heating, 1 unit of this type. Double bed 1.80x2.00m, open foot end, cold foam mattresses hardness grade 2, duvets, 3 pillows per person (80x80, 80x40, 40x40). Dining table for 2 persons. Living area with satellite TV, stereo and furnished east-facing balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring hob, oven, extractor bonnet, sink, pots, pans, filter coffee machine. Bathroom: Shower tray with shower curtain, washbasin, WC, skylight. Wardrobe

The house is located about 3km from Spiegelau. Please note that there are wild animals on the roads at dusk, please think of winter tyres from October to Easter. Roads are cleared in the morning and more often during the day in case of snowfall. There is a garden pond on the property, about 1.20 metres deep. Please take care of your children, we have our own spring water which is strictly controlled by the authorities. Please treat the water with care and our house has its own sewage treatment plant. Please only throw toilet paper into the toilet.there are horses in the neighbourhood. Please do not feed them.we are located right next to the nature reserve. Please no New Year's Eve firecrackers. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the national park.bread service is possible.sauna use is organised. You have this for yourself. It is not shared with other guests. Please plan your visit to the sauna. You will receive 2 towels per person. The use of the sauna is 2 hours.
