"great boutique hotel in the heart of Olbia’s shopping and eating area. staff were awesome. hotel clean and well stocked w amenities. suggest you request a back facing room. the noises and music were very loud."

"Every things was not clean"

"Super sauber!"

"Very nice room with a central location. Friendly and flexible help with anything we asked. Happy to come back"

"Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants...

"The rooms shown in the pictures was not what we were given, it was outdated and did not have a view of the ocean; the showers would not drain so we would have to turn off the showers in the middle so we wouldn’t be standing in a puddle; the walls are paper thin and we could hear every bang and conversation of our neighbours; to top it off the host was harrasing us over 12€ as the link he sent to pay wasn’t working; avoid avoid avoid!!!"
