"There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark."

"When I can I always use the holiday inn express. Poole was just as normal, I don’t need entertaining swimming pools saunas spas etc Nice comfortable clean room just got the best pillows and bedding, And just a superb breakfast. Thank you all in Poole well done."

"From the moment we were warmly greeted and shown to our room the place felt very homely and relaxing. It's a beautiful, quiet, countryside setting and we will certainly be back!"

"Great rural location (i am not a golfer), really nice room, clean and comfortable and reasonably stylish. Only let downs were; paper thin walls so could hear quiet conversations in the adjacent rooms, and a noisy shower (neighbour showered at 1am!). it was a heatwave; room fans were provided but it would have been good to fully ventilate the rooms. Due to work commitments i had to leave before breakfast so can't comment on that."
