"The place is centrally located, a few meters from the famous Etruscan Arch and within the historic district - the best place in town. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly... I will certainly stay there next time in town."

"We enjoyed our two day stay very much. Location is excellent but a tip we took a big taxi and it couldn’t fit the narrow lanes to the door. It dropped us in the min square and we had a walk. On leaving the hotel front desk staff ordered a regular taxi that came to the door. Thank you. Yes the roads are very narrow!
The building is very old and the lift doesn’t directly access all rooms so if you have mobility issues advise the hotel in advance.
The room was great. Bed comfortable and wonderfully quiet. There were a few stairs but we were fine.
Breakfast is good but not excellent. Normal for Italy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff less so.
It was good value but I might look elsewhere next time - as we get older!
Last tip the gelateria Carloni 1989 - just a few steps away possibly the best ever."
"What a magical hotel and it felt like we stepped back in time. Sadly we only spent one night and it was so comfortable. Great breakfast buffet and service was so friendly. Front desk was so helpful with our car parking. Drove up to the front door and a valet drove it to a parking spot. Easy walk to every thing in Cortona. Restaurants and shopping in less than 30 seconds from front door.
Room was so comfortable. Room did not have a tea kettle but the cappuccino at breakfast was delicious
Great place to stay and would love to visit again"
"Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle.
Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure
Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot).
Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend"
"Our stay at Secret Priori was really nice. The lobby is nicely decorated and feels luxurious. The staff are absolutely lovely, special shout out to Max who directed us to a wonderful restaurant for a must have truffle pasta and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. The location of the hotel is also outstandingly central to all the must sees of Perugia."
"The shower was over flowing while showering and the pillows were very hard to sleep on. Being from a foreign country and have just arrived there was NO way to know a reservation was needed in the restaurant where absolutely no one was sitting and eating at. The restaurant personnel were not friendly or helpful and didn’t want to bother with us. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at.."
"Perfect location, friendly staff, great room, comfy bed, choice pillows, bright clean bathroom, breakfast delicious. Absolutely delighted with this hotel, would definitely recommend we couldn’t fault it. We will return to Perugia and this hotel."
"Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around.
The location was excellent for walking everywhere"
Rosetta Hotel Perugia, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel itself is lovely — well located, recently renovated, with nice décor that gives it a fresh feel. But what truly makes this place a gem is the people.
Chiara at the front desk sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Marina and Yessenia in the breakfast restaurant are warm and attentive, and they make mornings genuinely enjoyable. And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet.
The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star. Highly recommend."
