"The host thought of everything including coffee pods and wine? beer. Extra blankets were also appreciated. Our only negative was that the bedrooms were very tiny. Fortunately we only had 3 guests...I have no idea where the 4th person would sleep. Nice fire pit in the back yard, but no chairs. But we will be back next year."

"Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town). The welcome notebook inside the boat explains everything, with contact information. We fished each day off the boat using our own gear, unfortunately, not...

"The property was beautiful. The house had a lot of character and room for our large group to stay together in one location. The home was well stocked for our group and there were notes with directions that we appreciated. A slight downside was that the kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. We had young children that crawled there while we unloaded vehicles and their little hands and clothes became quite dirty. However, we did a quick floor clean up and we were good to go!"
