"The sheets were NOT changed. Be careful, this apparently happens often there! We found tissues, hair bands, etc in the sheets. It was not a clean hotel. Breakfast was very questionable too. Staff was however amazing and really accommodated our allergies for lunch there. Wish I could give a better star rating because they were awesome but the room was unacceptable. "

"Room overlooked the beach, the only thing is the lobby is a bit outdated and could use some attention. Other than that, great location, accessible to the beach! We came back to this hotel after our other room at a different hotel was not up to par. "

"Clean rooms, very nice staff. Food has affordable, very nice breakfasts buffet,pool was warm and clean for the most part. The cocktails are in point the outside bar, Erik makes the best piña coladas.Very nice experience had a blast with the family "

"I can't really give a review because I wasn't able to stay. I tried to cancel my prepaid reservation and was not allowed to do so. They wouldn't even issue a credit. So I'm just out a lot of money. I'll definitely think twice about using a 3rd party for travel plans going forward. The policies are unreasonable."
