They made everything feel easy and comfortable, which really set the tone for our stay. The room was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. One of the highlights for us was definitely the breakfast—there were plenty of options, everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. "The check in with Ella was quick and efficient. I asked for recommendations for a steak house and she provide me with several options within my price range. The room is very clean and spacious. Nice touch of having gummy worms package on the bed spread. I had forgotten breakfast was included and it was nice and fresh. Simple breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links/patties, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel as a facility was okay. When I asked about shows and activities they didn't tell me they hosted the Tony Rigatoni show and offered a 20% discount on the tickets. After I bought the tickets elsewhere and told them that I had specifically asked them about it, the desk person basically shrugged. The "free breakfast" was the most underwhelming I've ever seen over years of frequent travels. They gave us a buy one/get one coupon on check-in that we did not use when we met people who told us they had used theirs and that it was worse than the basic free breakfast. I called the front desk for an extra pillow and was never contacted. The atmosphere was unfriendly/unhappy."
