"The breakfast was very good - excellent gravy recipe for biscuits. Juice mix was off, though. Clean place. No AC but had a fan ready in room as it was a rare warm day."

"The room was very clean, and the owners made it clear that it was small, which we were fine with. The tub/shower was awkward to get in and out of. All in all it was a good visit with our daughter in Kodiak and the room was all we needed for the week."

"Really nice place, but they ought to put a little money into a couch/sofa bed that doesn’t look and feel like it came from the 1950’s. That said, our only complaint. The bed was very comfy."

"The home is comfortable with plenty of coffee. Full kitchen. Could have a good cleaning when you open the windows and the fan in the bathroom, but was nice having a living room and 2 bedrooms. I thought a “sauna” was a hot tub but I think that met a ”sun room”? Katmai Air was amazing to take us to the property if we wanted and picked us up in the morning to head to Brooks Lodge!"

"What a wonderful find this was! An excellent place to stay in Unalaska after the long ferry ride from Homer, concluding a five week adventure traveling throughout Alaska. The studio is quite large with absolutely everything we could have wanted. And, it is decorated rather sweetly and perfectly clean. Jen has thought of everything —we hadn’t expected to have eggs, milk, bagels, etc., along with plenty of coffee and snacks. Very generous. Even the bathroom was abundantly stocked including detergent for the washing machine. I was especially grateful for the chap stick. Jen had informed us about the Heart of the Aleutians festival going on in town, where we enjoyed getting a little taste of the full-time resident community. I can’t think of anything more that would have improved our stay."
