"Parking was offsite. Nighttime staff was not very helpful and didn’t seem to like his job."

"The St. Clair in Frankfort is a charming boutique stay in a beautifully restored historic building, with loft-style studios full of character, an easy walk to downtown restaurants, and a convenient drive to nearby bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. There’s even a hidden speakeasy on-site, if you can solve the riddle to get in! Just know that, as with many historic loft properties, you may hear some noise from guests staying above you."

"The staff did the best they could, pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the lobby had mattresses lined up in the fountain, we didn't have warm water and the hammering started at 7:30am. I bet this is an amazing place when it's not under construction."

"The property is a repurposed historic home and the rooms very unique in the best way. Staff was so accommodating from housekeeping to restaurant and bar servers. Also, it's just a short walk to local shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We'll definitely be back."

"Great location, clean room, delicious breakfast with several options, and friendly easy check in and out service. All in all- a great stay."

"There was no linen change during our 4 day stay. No fresh towels to the room or trash emptied. The toilet was off set and the seat was loose. There was mold near the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Clearly ceiling was painted over water damage. The bed was hard and the pillows so lumpy you couldn’t sleep on them comfortably. Walking across the floor barefoot turned your feet black. I would not recommend or stay there again."
