"The hotel is NOT near Saigon at all, it’s between 40 minutes and an hour away from the airport. The bathroom in the room is only a tiny bit bigger than a closet. "Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "
