"Good location. Spacious rooms. Gym and rooftop bar still under construction. The exterior stairs leading up to the main entrance should be fixed because they are uneven, cracked, and potential fall hazard."

"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

"Staff very friendly helpful"

"This is an extremely comfortable hotel. Staff uniformely pleasant and helpful. They breakfast buffet could vary a bit more day to day but overall highly recommend this hotel. View of rivers from room was great."

"Exceptional Staff: the service deserves 5 stars, but I have mixed feelings about my stay. The Pros: The Staff: The late-night check-in team: a younger gentleman and an older gentleman were incredibly kind and helpful after a long journey. The all-female daytime staff over the next few days were equally delightful, pleasant, and eager to assist. A special shoutout to the young woman who went above and beyond especially with assisting with my luggage and Grab ride! I took her picture but it is in...

"Very clean, great area"

"New location. Nice clean room. Very high sense of service. Staff goes the extra mile and take care of details. Nice location at Japanese quarter"

"The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Was looking forward to the pool as it said there was a poolside bar but that was not open and the loud guests were also at the pool. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was pretty limited. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."

"Too loui at night time"

"Very friendly staff. Accommodated with holding luggages at the property at no charge. Would definitely stay again."

"Good location to the airport. The hotel had some old signage from New Years and Christmas which made it feel unloved. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite."
