You could hear cars reving their engines from the highway. And the rude manager. Her appearance was like a late night out. A little shampoo would help. Besides that she was rude and loud to an older customer and a child in the short time I was their. If public humiliation is her thing she gets 5 stars Every person that goes...

When we went to bed that evening, we noticed quite a few hairs on both beds. "When you rent a hotel room you expect it to be cleaned daily unless otherwise told. It is utter nonsense to come back to your room and have it not clean and told that's the policy. We pay to have our room cleaned. You can ASK if we don't need it done, but the assumption is to clean. Anyone else tired of feeling like they need a lawyer to get anything done on the most basic level?"
