"The room was extremely clean. The staff was very pleasant whenever there were interactions. Fresh towels every day. To extend our stay for another night is going to be pretty much impossible since the fair was in town as well as everything for Disney and the weekend, no problems. No issues. They extended it with no problems and we stay the same room, which was perfect."

"Arriving in LA on a very-much delayed flight put me down in LA at 1AM. The hotel is great, but the shuttle service at 1AM-2AM is very disappointing - despite me having called the hotel in advance to get the telephone/SMS numbers to ask for the shuttle service. Yes, I called. And then .... "No, it's not enough if you advertise about 20 minutes service 24/7." I ended up walking to the hotel. I had reserved it exactly because of the proximity."
